We barely knew each other when we got on the phone to explore podcasting, but within minutes we were chatting openly about our experiences, challenges, hopes, and dreams for our businesses. There was no need for us to have to explain terms and definitions or spend time trying to explain why our business was important to one another.
 
And there was no need to justify, explain, or validate the stories, frustrations, and wins we shared. We both already understood and it was a relief to open up with someone else about things that you only talk about only when you’re with other lactation consultants. 

That conversation between two friends opening up about our experience in the lactation field was the start of the Lactation Business Coaching Podcast. We share a passion for compassionate and professional private practice, meeting our business goals while helping families reach their feeding goals. Each time we talk, we learn something new and we’re inspired to keep on going.

In January 2020, we launched our monthly Deeper Dives. Our guests are all people we respect, admire, and enjoy—the kind of people we’d be cornering in between conference sessions to soak up their knowledge and inspiration, and the kind of people we know you’ll enjoy as well.
